Global Talent Partners is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead and inspire veterinary teams as Area Chief of Staff in Sugar Hill, GA. The role offers a compensation range up to $173,000 per year for a DVM with leadership experience.

The candidate will coach clinicians, elevate medical quality, ensure consistent standards of care, and promote a client-centered, community-focused culture across assigned hospitals.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program.
• Active Georgia veterinary license or eligible to obtain before start.
• Eligibility for DEA registration.
• Proven skills in general practice, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associate veterinarians across hospitals in the local area, including Sugar Hill.
• Champion a culture of quality and patient safety with consistent standards of care.
• Conduct regular hospital visits and quality reviews; support regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and coach veterinarians; implement retention strategies.
• Guide clinical quality, client communication, efficiency, and case management.
• Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and inventory; support GP caseload.
• Maintain limited clinical hours to model best practices and support hospital flow.
