Atlas Consultancy Group Ltd. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Veterinary Medical Director to oversee a busy, multi-doctor clinic offering small animals, exotics, and avian care.

You will manage daily operations, recruit and mentor staff, and partner with doctors to advance clinical goals while maintaining high-quality patient care. You will divide time between leadership duties and in-clinic practice, with opportunities for professional growth, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on work-life balance

Formación

• Must hold a DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited college and be licensed or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership or management.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills; Fear-Free handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the 5-DVM clinic, including staffing and clinical goals.
• Recruit future veterinary staff and mentor doctors to support clinical development.
• Track operational KPIs and report updates to leadership; foster collaboration across departments.
• Maintain patient care standards with hands-on clinical time aligned to interests.
