You will mentor associate veterinarians, lead recruitment, and partner with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and a collaborative culture.

The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and advanced medical excellence, with a compensation model including base pay plus production bonuses and a sign-on/relocation

Qualifications

• DVM / VMD or equivalent degree required and valid state license.
• Active DEA license or eligibility.
• Minimum three years veterinary practice experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Strong medical reasoning and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical standards across the hospital and drive clinical excellence.
