Qualifications

• DVM required with active CA licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years clinical practice; leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set medical quality standards and ensure high-quality care.
• Lead, mentor, and manage veterinarians and staff.
• Oversee hospital operations in partnership with Practice Manager.
• Lead regular doctor meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with the local community and represent AmeriVet.
• Ensure compliant charging and regulatory oversight.
