Qualifications

  • Proficiency in general medicine, routine surgery, and dentistry, with strong record-keeping and case-management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards, including controlled substance and radiation safety compliance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Commitment to preventive care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and retain associate veterinarians across hospital teams.

  • Oversee onboarding and coaching for new veterinarians; support skill growth.
