Global Talent Partners is excited to present an opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position with an established small animal practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

This position combines hands‑on clinical medicine with the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor associate veterinarians and work alongside the Practice Manager to support the continued development of the hospital. With a manageable caseload, strong clinical support and an outpatient‑only model, the role offers the scope to lead while remaining closely involved in patient care.

About the Practice

This community‑focused companion animal hospital provides comprehensive outpatient veterinary care for dogs, cats and select pocket and exotic pets within a collaborative, low‑stress environment.

The hospital maintains an efficient caseload of approximately 14 patients per veterinarian per day, supported by an approximate 2:1 support staff‑to‑doctor ratio.

The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you'll combine clinical practice with responsibility for supporting the hospital's medical standards, team development and quality of care.

The position offers:
