Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, is seeking an Internal Medicine specialist to join our Parker, Colorado team. You will manage a diverse internal medicine caseload and perform endoscopy, rhinoscopy, and other advanced diagnostics.

You will collaborate with specialty and emergency teams, communicating clearly with pet owners and contributing to a supportive hospital culture that emphasizes learning and client-centered care.

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Colorado state licensure.
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Residency trained in Internal Medicine.
  • Strong communication and client-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse internal medicine caseload.
  • Perform endoscopy, rhinoscopy, and other advanced diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfer cases.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful situations.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration and learning.

Salary range: $200,000 - $225,000, greater of base or production, depending on experience

Internist opportunity in Parker, Colorado

Schedule: Full time

What You Bring
  • DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Colorado state veterinary licensure
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Residency Trained in Internal Medicine
