East Bend Animal Hospital in Bend, Oregon seeks a Veterinary Hospital Manager who blends emotional intelligence with strong people leadership and operational expertise. You will mentor and develop teams, manage multiple priorities, and cultivate a positive, collaborative culture.

This full-time, salaried position offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000, bi-annual bonuses, a signing bonus up to $2,000, CE allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business management experience required.
• Veterinary hospital management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with collaborative leadership.
• Budget management proficiency is required.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Financial leadership: monitor performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll, and drive growth.
• Operational oversight: ensure workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, inventory management.
• Strategic direction: develop long-term goals and partnerships.
• Project & facility management: lead day-to-day ops, scheduling, maintenance.
• Client & community engagement: oversee marketing, address client concerns, improve retention.
• Team leadership: manage department leads, oversee hiring and staff development.
