Job description

We are seeking a proactive, business-savvy Hospital Administrator to lead a well-established veterinary practice.

Key responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Oversee hospital performance, manage budgets, payroll, and drive growth through data-driven decisions.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, equipment and inventory management, and policy implementation.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on long-term goals, service expansion, and partnership development.
  • Project & Facility Management: Lead daily operations, scheduling, and maintenance aligned with hospital objectives.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Manage marketing, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster growth.
  • Team Leadership: Support department leads, oversee hiring and staff development, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills Include
  • 5+ years of business management experience, veterinary experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, resilience, and team supervision skills.
  • Proficiency in budget management, computer systems, and autonomous work capability.
  • Relevant education such as CVPM preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Include
  • Salary range of $85,000-$95,000 annually, with bonus opportunities.
  • Additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, pet discounts, and uniform allowance.
