Arlington Pet Hospital is a well-established, progressive, fast-paced three-doctor small animal practice located in Arlington, Nebraska. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, High-Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital Full-Body Radiology, Dental Radiology, Medical/Vacation Boarding, and Pet Bathing.

Join a supportive team in a high-end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top-quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and be able to consistently provide pets and parents with a high level of gentle and professional care. Job duties may include but are not limited to:

• Clean the pet's teeth
• Maintain an upbeat attitude
• Calm anxious pets
• Ensure company policies are being followed
• Communicate effectively with clients to find out what they need
• Shampoo and wash a pet's hair or fur
• Create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
• Cut or shave a pet's hair or fur

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient at grooming, previous professional grooming experience required
• Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a professional manner
• Calming presence to pets
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work on a team
