Job summary

MedVet in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a new or recent veterinary graduate for its Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP). This immersive, paid training program provides one-on-one mentorship, specialty rotations, and support from experienced veterinarians to help you launch your emergency veterinary career.

After completing ECMP, you will transition into a full Emergency Clinician role within a collaborative, multi-specialty organization dedicated to quality pet care.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in Ohio.
• Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning.
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty.

MedVet’s Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) offers immersive, one-on-one training designed to help you confidently launch your emergency veterinary career. Through a paid program that combines mentored ER experience with specialty rotations, you’ll strengthen your clinical skills while being supported by a collaborative, veterinarian-owned and -led network. After successfully completing ECMP, you’ll step into a full Emergency Clinician role within a multi-specialty organization dedicated to advancing care for pets.
