Job summary

Desort in Sugar Land, TX seeks a Veterinary Radiologist (DVM) to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team focused on high-quality patient care and advanced diagnostic imaging.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible in veterinary radiology and will interpret radiographs, ultrasound, CT, and related imaging studies while providing accurate reports and contributing to imaging protocol development.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in veterinary radiology.
• Active veterinary license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including radiographs, ultrasound, CT, and other modalities.
• Provide timely and accurate diagnostic reports.
• Collaborate with referring veterinarians and specialists on case management.
• Assist in developing imaging protocols and best practices.
• Support clinical teams with imaging-guided procedures when needed.
• Communicate findings clearly with clinical teams and, when appropriate, with clients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Participate in case rounds and continuing education activities.
