Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency in Dunwoody, GA, seeks a skilled Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging Technician to join its new specialty hospital. You’ll work across MRI, CT, digital radiography, and fluoroscopy, supporting anesthesia and recovery under the guidance of board-certified radiologists and other specialists.

The role requires 2+ years of veterinary hospital experience, strong nursing skills, and a credentialed technician background (LVT/RVT/CVT).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of veterinary hospital experience
• Strong veterinary nursing and patient-care skills
• Experience with anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Comfort with imaging modalities and diagnostic workflows
• Ability to communicate with veterinarians, specialists, technicians and clients

Responsibilities

• Prepare, position, and monitor patients for advanced diagnostic imaging
• Support MRI, CT, digital radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures
• Assist with anesthesia induction, monitoring and recovery
• Maintain accurate records and comply with imaging safety standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and specialty clinicians on referrals
