The role collaborates with Hospital Manager and Regional Director to uphold our culture of care. The Dermatology specialty offers advanced diagnostics, in-house labs, and a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and development in a thriving

Qualifications

• Veterinarian degree (DVM or VMD) from an accredited college or university.
• 1-year rotational internship (university or large referral practice).
• Completed a 3-year AVMA approved residency program.
• Current State Veterinary License and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive patient exams and medical work-ups.
• Client communication and education.
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Pharmacy duties and controlled substance protocols.
• Promote teamwork and staff efficiency.
• Weekly priorities with Hospital Manager.
• Monitor hospital protocols from intake to discharge.
• Attend daily rounds when possible.
• Participate in practice management updates and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
