Central Texas Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital – Round Rock, part of United Veterinary Care, seeks a Veterinary Criticalist to join our highly skilled team. This role focuses on high-acuity medicine, collaboration, and growth within a supportive culture in Round Rock, Texas.

You will work with Emergency, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Oncology, Neurology, Ophthalmology and Surgery to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining a healthy work‑life rhythm and a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD required; Diplomate or practice limited to Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care preferred.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with a team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team including Emergency, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Oncology, Rehabilitation, Neurology, Ophthalmology and Surgery.
• Deliver high-acuity medical care and contribute to a supportive, sustainable work environment.
• Help design flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance for the team.
