Job summary

Zoetis seeks an Associate for US Clinical Operations within Global Clinical Research and Development in Veterinary Medicine Research & Development. The role requires site presence and teamwork across project teams to drive study start-up, conduct, monitoring and close-out, with travel 10-40%.

The successful candidate will coordinate data management, training of investigators, and communication between Sponsor and sites, maintaining study files and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years' experience in companion animal medicine or related field.
• Ability to work in a team and independently, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of data management and regulatory expectations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or lead all study activities including start up, training, conduct, monitoring and close-out.
• Prepare study protocols, amendments, data capture forms, and study reports; work with internal partners.
• Train Investigators and site personnel; serve as main link between Sponsor and sites.
• Maintain study files per SOPs and regulatory requirements; support data management processes.
• Provide clinical updates to project teams; coordinate animal-related study activities as needed.
• Travel approximately 10–40% annually depending on project status.
