Petfolk in Steele Creek, NC is seeking a Veterinary Business Partner to lead client experience, hospitality, and hospital operations at a care center. You’ll blend boutique-level service with strong operational discipline to ensure every client and pet leaves confident and cared for.

This leadership role emphasizes staff coaching, daily huddles, and strategic growth in partnership with Regional Leadership; long-term path to executive leadership within Petfolk.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a high-end, service-driven environment (e.g. boutique hospitality, fitness, luxury retail, or medical/dental clinic).
• A natural leader and connector who thrives in client-facing roles.
• Strong operational instincts and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Comfort with data, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, greeting clients and setting a tone of warmth and professionalism.
• Proactively step into service gaps to maintain a seamless experience.
