Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic veterinary tasks (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and assist the medical team with hands-on tasks.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team and help maintain smooth workflow.
• Create a positive client experience, assisting with scheduling, payments, and communication.
