Job summary

Coral Springs Animal Hospital in South Florida is seeking a full-time veterinary cardiologist to lead advanced cardiovascular care in a busy specialty and emergency setting.

You will diagnose and treat small animal heart diseases, perform echocardiography and ECG, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal medicine, surgery, and ER teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for pets and families.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Board certification or residency training in veterinary cardiology.
• 4+ years of experience preferred (but new diplomates encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for collaborative, high-quality, and client-focused medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in small animals.
• Perform and interpret advanced diagnostics, including echocardiography, ECG, and interventional procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and referring veterinarians.
• Contribute to hospital rounds, continuing education, and clinical discussions.
