Willakenzie Animal Clinic in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant to join our caring team. We value compassionate, team-centered care and provide support for growth within our practice, including weekday and Saturday hours to best serve our clients and their pets.

The ideal candidate will have prior veterinary experience or familiarity with duties such as restraint, sample collection, lab procedures, and assisting with patient treatments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with common veterinary assistant duties, including animal restraint, sample collection, laboratory procedures, and assisting with patient treatments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in an environment with typical veterinary sights and smells.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Veterinarians and Certified Veterinary Technicians.

We are currently seeking a Full‑Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team!
