Job summary

Petco is seeking a Vetco Veterinary Assistant to support our veterinary teams across multiple clinic locations. You will greet pet parents, help explain services, and assist veterinarians to ensure smooth, humane care for every animal.

Travel between Petco clinic locations is required; you’ll work with a team that values pets, people, and a caring, can-do attitude. Prior customer service empathy and a love for animals are essential.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs and cats and people too.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to adapt to changing environments and travel between clinics.

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents at clinics and explain veterinary services.
• Assist Veterinarian to support procedures and client communication.
• Provide attentive, compassionate care and education to clients.
