Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT) or experienced veterinary assistant
• Strong knowledge of animal care, handling, and medical terminology
• Excellent communication and client service skills

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion and confidence
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
• Perform diagnostic procedures (lab work, radiology, sample collection)
• Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery
• Record accurate medical notes and patient histories
• Educate clients on treatment plans, preventive care, and at-home instructions
