Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous Surgery Technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, record weight and vital signs on arrival.
• Assist doctors and technicians with medications and patient restraint.
• Perform laboratory tests and take radiographs as directed.
• Maintain hospital equipment and records; ensure the safe use of chemicals.
• Promote hospital products and services and respond to directions from DVM/LVT.
