Qualifications

• NAVTA-approved program completion required or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Help maintain patient flow in the hospital
• Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
• Set up procedures that do not require veterinarian or technician assistance
• Adhere to hospital standards for clean, safe treatment areas and labs
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care
• Mentor other hospital team members
