  • Follow the practice’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standards of Care (SOCs).
  • Review invoices with clients and handle client payments.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members, keeping veterinarians informed in real time on patient updates.
  • Be proficient with the Practice Information Management System (PIMS) and assist others in using the technology.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy and controlled substance logs.
  • Assist the practice manager with inventory communication.
  • Clean workspaces after every patient or patient lab sample interaction.
  • Participate in self‑development courses and required compliance training.
  • Perform related duties and assignments as directed by management.
  • May be required to work weekends and occasional travel.

  • Experience in veterinary medicine.
  • Passion for helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Excellent verbal, written, observational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Job Requirements
