Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with composure.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental veterinary skills across laboratory, pharmacy, nursing and radiology are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as a key team member, delivering compassionate, hands-on support to our medical team.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team, anticipat­ing needs and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment through clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance.
