Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Calm and efficient in fast-paced, stressful environments.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary skills including lab, pharmacy, nursing, and radiology is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and assist the medical team.
• Support the medical team and anticipate needs for efficient workflow.
• Create a positive client experience with scheduling, payments, and communications.
