Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fundamental veterinary skills (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care and ensure every animal is treated with compassion and respect.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs to ensure smooth, efficient, and collaborative workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications with courteous, informative approach.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: maintain the hospital and equipment to uphold high standards of care.
