Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of core vs lifestyle vaccines preferred.
- Proficiency in dog/cat restraint techniques.
- Interest in handling diverse cases and continuing skill development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; patient-focused with Fear Free handling.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care as part of a collaborative medical team.
- Support veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.
- Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and clear communication.
- Maintain a safe, clean hospital environment and assist with clinics and procedures.
