Qualifications

• Must-Have Skills: Running appointments efficiently
• Must-Have Skills: Knowledge of preventive care & vaccine protocols (understand the why behind each vaccine)
• Must-Have Skills: Familiarity with core vs. non-core vaccines (e.g., Lyme)
• Must-Have Skills: Being able to accurately discuss preventives with clients
• Preferred Experience: Surgical assistance
• Preferred Experience: Dental cleanings and charting

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs for a smooth workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: hospital maintenance and equipment upkeep.
