Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an animal hospital
• Familiarity with vaccine protocols, medical terminology, and preventive care
• Proficiency in venipuncture and patient handling
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and desire to bond with clients
• Surgical capabilities include soft tissue procedures, a traveling orthopedic surgeon, and routine dentistry (2 dentals/day)

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care as part of the medical team, ensuring compassionate treatment for all animals
• Be the go-to support for the medical team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
• Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and clear communications
• Ensure a safe and clean environment through clinic upkeep and equipment maintenance
