Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Calm and efficient in fast-paced environments.
- Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with basic veterinary tasks (lab work, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care in collaboration with the medical team.
- Serve as the go-to support for the clinicians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Create a positive client experience through scheduling, payments, and clear communication.
