Johnson County Animal Clinic, part of Mission Pet Health, is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to support the medical team with hands-on patient care, scheduling, and client communications in Overland Park, KS. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Calm, efficient approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary skills including labs, pharmacy, nursing and radiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the medical team with hands-on patient care.
• Support scheduling, billing, and client communications.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, safe hospital environment.
• Aid in radiology and basic veterinary procedures as directed.
