Hillside Animal Clinic in Floyds Knobs, IN is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our mixed-animal team. You’ll support veterinarians and technicians with essential patient care, assist in surgery prep, radiology, and pharmacy, and help maintain a compassionate, organized hospital for every patient.

We offer mentorship programs and growth opportunities, a pay range of $16–$19 per hour for full-time, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Calm, efficient in fast-paced environments.
• Confident handling of pets of all sizes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary skills (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology).

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and support to the medical team.
