You will assist with essential patient care, help the medical team, and ensure a welcoming client experience while maintaining a clean, efficient hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory work to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Patient Care: assist the medical team with hands-on care and compassionate handling of all animals.
• Be the Go-To Support for the Medical Team: anticipate needs and help ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Create a Positive Client Experience: assist with scheduling, payments, and communications in a courteous manner.
• Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: maintain hospital cleanliness and equipment in good working order.
