Primary Pet Care in Stow, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our close-knit two-doctor practice offering wellness care, dentistry, spay/neuter and urgent care.

Qualifications

• Previous Veterinary Assistant experience.
• Confident with handling and restraining patients.

Responsibilities

• Gather thorough patient histories for appointments.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Safely and compassionately handle and restrain patients.
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for patient care.
• Maintain clear, complete, and accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to maintain an efficient daily workflow.
• Support dental, surgical, wellness, and urgent care appointments.
