Job summary

VCA Everett Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team full-time. We are a five-doctor, AAHA-accredited practice near Boston, dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician in training preferred.
• Strong client communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and client education.
• Assist with pharmacy tasks and medication administration.
• Collect lab samples and process them for testing.
• Support diagnostic imaging and dental procedures as needed.
• Prepare for surgery and assist during procedures.
• Monitor anesthesia and maintain accurate medical records.

VCA Everett Animal Hospital is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join the team full time.

We are a five doctor, full service, AAHA accredited animal hospital located just miles from beautiful down-town Boston. We have been a staple in the community for over twenty years and are eager to welcome a talented Vet Assistant to our compassionate team.

Compensation

$20 - $22.50 / hr based on skill set, and experience.
