Job summary
Pet Medical Center in Harker Heights, Texas is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our AAHA-accredited team. You will support the medical staff with hands-on patient care, assist veterinarians and technicians, and help ensure a smooth, compassionate experience for every client.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Calm and efficient approach in fast-paced environments.
- Confidence handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fundamental veterinary skills in lab, pharmacy, nursing and radiology are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential patient care and support for the medical team.
- Be the go-to support for clinicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist with scheduling, payments, and client communications to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean hospital environment and equipment.
