Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join Redmond Fall City Animal Hospital in Redmond, WA. You’ll perform end-to-end care across clinical and client-facing tasks, including safe restraint, diagnostic support, equipment sterilization, and daily hospital upkeep.

This role supports front desk coordination, client communication, and patient admissions and discharges, with emphasis on compassionate care and teamwork. 1+ year clinical veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of clinical veterinary experience required.
• Experience with Fear Free protocols strongly preferred.
• Possesses a positive work attitude.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe restraint and diagnostic support.
• Equipment sterilization and daily hospital upkeep.
• Front desk coordination including client communication.
