Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Calm and efficient under fast-paced, sometimes stressful conditions.
• Ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic veterinary skills (lab, pharmacy, nursing, radiology) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential patient care and assist the medical team with hands-on treatment.
• Be the go-to support for the medical team to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications.
• Maintain a safe and clean hospital environment through upkeep and equipment maintenance.
