St. Joe Center Veterinary Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is adding a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant to begin immediately. This role supports the DVM in appointments, assists technicians, charts, fills prescriptions, runs urine and fecal samples, communicates with clients, handles light cleaning, and answers phones.

We are a fast-paced team that values dependability, flexibility, and initiative. The position is full-time, with four 8–10 hour days per week and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in the veterinary field is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, flexible, able to multi-task, and able to take direction; team oriented, but capable of working independently.

• Assist the DVM in appointments and clientele communication.
