We’re looking for someone who isreliable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team that cares about both our patients and their people. Veterinary experience is preferred, butwe’re happy to train the right person!

? What You’ll Do

As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll help support the medical team and provide excellent care to our patients. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with appointments and patient handling
• Preparing and cleaning treatment areas
• Assisting the veterinary team with procedures
• Providing compassionate care and monitoring patients
• Helping keep the hospital clean, organized, and running smoothly

This is afull-time schedule consisting of:

• Monday: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:45 AM–2:30 PM

Every Saturday is required.

• Provide Essential Patient Care: You'll be a key player in the health of our patients, assisting the medical team with hands‑on care and ensuring every animal is treated with compassion and respect.
• Be the Go‑To Support for the Medical Team: You'll be the backbone of the clinic, anticipating the needs of veterinarians and technicians to ensure a smooth, efficient, and collaborative workflow.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A calm and efficient approach, with the ability to handle a fast‑paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
• Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory and pharmacy to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.
