As a Veterinary Assistant, you will:
Assist During Exams and Procedures: Provide hands-on support to veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and surgeries.
Care for Hospitalized Pets: Ensure animals are comfortable, clean, and monitored while in our care.
Handle Animals Safely: Restrain pets safely and humanely during exams and procedures.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the hospital clean and organized to provide a safe environment for pets and people.
Educate Pet Owners: Offer guidance to pet owners on post-treatment care, preventative measures, and general pet health.
Stock and Prepare: Ensure exam rooms and treatment areas are stocked and ready for use.
Support the Team: Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and CSRs to deliver seamless care.
