Westside Pet Hospital is looking for an experiencedVeterinary Assistant who enjoys connecting with clients, keeping things moving, and making every patient visit a positive experience.

If you’re an outgoing, organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, you’ll play an important role in creating a smooth experience for both clients and patients. From coordinating appointments and supporting exam room flow to assisting with treatments and client education, you’ll help ensure our team can deliver compassionate, high-quality care at every visit.

What you’ll do:

• Keep exam rooms and outpatient visits running smoothly while providing excellent patient and client care
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment notes, and documentation
• Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients
• Assist veterinarians with outpatient procedures and treatments
• Provide attentive, compassionate care to patients throughout their visit

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $19-25per hour, for each hour worked
• This is afull -time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday - Thursday.
