Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree is required.
• ACVAA/ECVAA board certification is preferred.
• PhD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching of anesthesia to veterinary medical students (didactic and lab).
• Lead and participate in after-hours anesthesia coverage as needed.
• Develop and sustain an extramurally funded research program in veterinary anesthesiology.
• Engage in curriculum development, committee work, and continuing education.
