Job summary

CareVet Health's Middletown practice in Franklin, Ohio is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our established small-animal team with autonomy and strong clinical resources.

You’ll work with three experienced DVMs, benefit from digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house lab and a collaborative culture, plus a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts. A $60,000 signing bonus accompanies a six-figure base salary with production.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree required and licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members is required.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care from preventive visits to treatment planning.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
• Perform surgical and dental procedures based on experience and interest.
• Utilize imaging and lab resources to support clinical decisions.
• Develop clear treatment plans and guide owners on care steps.
