Hillcrest Animal Hospital is excited to welcome a full-time or part-time Veterinarian to our collaborative, multi-doctor team in Rockford, Illinois.
Since 1967, Hillcrest Animal Hospital has proudly served the Rockford community, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to dogs and cats.
Whether you are an experienced DVM looking to grow or a new graduate eager to learn, Hillcrest offers a positive, mentorship-driven environment that supports professional development at every stage.
Collaborative team including 7 Certified Veterinary Technicians and 10 experienced veterinary assistants
One-on-one mentorship for new graduates, plus ongoing peer case reviews and team-based learning
No weekends or after-hours with an appointment-only model that promotes work–life balance
Access to modern medical equipment, including:
Digital radiography (standard and dental)
Soft tissue and laser surgery equipment
Opportunities to participate in specialized services such as canine reproduction
Strong community involvement through partnerships with Care For Pets and Cause For Paws
