Veterinarian – Keepers Animal Clinic | Rochester, WA

Keepers Animal Clinic is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice. We are proud to provide high-quality, personalized care in a supportive, collaborative environment where both patients and team members thrive.

We are expanding into abrand-new, 4,000 sq. ft. facilityin late June/early July—just 3 minutes from our current location. The new hospital will feature:

• Dedicatedsurgery suiteanddental suite
• 6 exam rooms
• Comfortableteam break room

Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality medicine, including:

• Digital radiography
• Therapeutic laser

About the Opportunity

• Flexible scheduling designed to supporttrue work/life balance
• No weekends, no late nights, and no overnight shifts
• Structured schedule with:
• Surgery days (typically starting at 8:00 AM)
• Collaborative and positive team culture that actively prioritizes atoxic-free workplace
• Strong support staff with a1:2 doctor-to-tech/assistant ratio, including3 LVTs
• Opportunity to see a consistent caseload (typically15+ patients/day) while maintaining quality care
• Established relationships with community organizations, including CFA and senior services
• Flexibility to tailor your schedule and workflow to what works best for you
