PriorityPet Urgent Care of Monterey CA is seeking talented and entrepreneurial Veterinarians to partner with us as Medical Directors in a practice we will build together. Immediate ownership/equity opportunities are offered with no out-of-pocket cost.

We provide a brand-new building and top‑of‑the‑line equipment to deliver world‑class medicine. Location is completely flexible, and you’ll lead with medical autonomy while we supply business support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university and an active veterinary state license.
• 3+ years of veterinarian experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator with drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead veterinary practice as Medical Director with ownership/equity responsibilities.
• Build and manage a collaborative veterinary team across services.
• Ensure compliance, high quality patient care, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Alliance Animal Health to grow the network nationwide.
