Job summary

Home Veterinary Services, LLC is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal practice. You will mentor a team, drive clinical quality, and shape client experiences while guiding the hospital toward shared goals.

You will have opportunities to partake in the Partner Track Ownership Program and build equity with no upfront costs, all while continuing to practice medicine in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary degree from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license (ability to obtain one).
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• USDA/DEA licenses preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and staff management for the practice.
• Maintain strong client relations and medical quality assurance.
• Oversee financial performance in partnership with Regional Manager.

Job Description

As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and staff management, client relations, medical quality assurance, financial oversight of the practice in partnership with Regional Manager. This role is integral to the success of our hospital, and we are excited to have you bring your expertise and leadership to our team.
